These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fonori.com (the "Service"), operated by Fonori.com ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Fonori.com is an AI-powered tool that generates images from user-supplied descriptions, attribute selections and (where applicable) source photos. The Service routes those inputs to third-party generative AI models and returns the resulting images. The Service is a tool — we are not the author of the prompts you submit, and we cannot pre-approve every input or every output the AI produces.
All images produced through the Service are 100% generated by artificial intelligence. They are not photographs of real people, real products, or real events. They are not retouched versions of authentic source material. They are provided strictly for illustrative and creative purposes. You must not represent AI-generated images as authentic photographs of identifiable real-world subjects, and you are solely responsible for clearly labelling them as AI-generated wherever applicable law requires it.
By default, what you generate falls into one of two visibility tiers, mirroring how large stock-photo platforms operate:
By generating images, you grant Fonori.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, host, display and (for public images only) catalogue the resulting files for the duration of your use of the Service. You may delete a private image from your account at any time; once deleted, the licence terminates for that file.
Every published image has a "Report inappropriate content" control. Reports are routed to our administrators, who undertake to review and (if warranted) remove offending material within 24 hours of receipt. To prevent abuse, every report requires a written description of the issue; reports without a meaningful description are dismissed without action. Submitting false or bad-faith reports may result in IP-level rate limiting.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Because the Service is driven by user-supplied prompts and stochastic AI models, we cannot guarantee that any specific output will be accurate, free of objectionable elements, fit for any particular purpose, or non-infringing. Fonori.com, its employees, contractors and partners disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all liability arising from (a) the inputs you submit, (b) the outputs the AI produces, and (c) any use to which you put those outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing every output and for ensuring its use complies with applicable law in your jurisdiction.
To the extent any liability cannot be disclaimed, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you have not paid us anything, to EUR 0.
You agree to indemnify and hold Fonori.com harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your inputs, (b) outputs you generated through the Service and subsequently used, distributed or commercialised, or (c) your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for a reasonable period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fonori.com is established. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
