Welcome to BizImages ("we", "us", "the Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
BizImages is an AI-powered tool that generates promotional photography for businesses. You provide a website URL or a written description of your business, the Service generates a set of prompts via a large language model, and image generation models render the corresponding photos. You can regenerate, edit prompts and download the results as a ZIP archive.
The current version of the Service does not require registration. We do not create user profiles, do not ask for personal data and do not track you across sessions. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You own the prompts you write and you may use the generated images for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, subject to the usage policies of the underlying AI providers (Microsoft Azure / OpenAI image models). Note that AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions.
You are responsible for verifying that the images do not unintentionally resemble real people, registered trademarks or copyrighted works before publishing them.
By submitting a URL or a description, you represent that you have the right to do so. Submitted text is sent to AI providers solely for the purpose of generating prompts and images. We do not store this content beyond the lifetime of the request (see Privacy Policy).
The Service is currently in beta and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, suitability of the generated images for any particular purpose, or absence of errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time.
The Service relies on Microsoft Azure OpenAI for prompt generation (GPT models) and image generation (gpt-image). Your inputs and prompts are processed by these providers under their own terms. We do not control their infrastructure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizImages and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data or business opportunity. In any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for the free tier, is zero).
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Service is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction at the operator's seat.
