BizImages is designed as a zero-account tool. The Service does not ask you to register, does not collect your name, email address, phone number, billing details or any other identifying information. We do not build user profiles and we do not link sessions across visits.
If you do not voluntarily type personal data into the description field, no personal data is processed by us at all.

The Service does not set advertising cookies, analytics cookies or any cross-site tracking. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no third-party tag managers. Your browser may store a session cookie required for normal HTTPS operation; that's it.
We do not sell, rent or trade any data. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers or marketing partners. The only third parties that touch your inputs are the AI providers required to render the result (see next section).
To generate prompts and images, the Service forwards your description and the resulting prompts to Microsoft Azure OpenAI (deployment region: Sweden Central). Azure processes the data under its own enterprise privacy terms and, in this configuration, does not use customer inputs to train base models. See Microsoft's data privacy documentation for details.
If you scrape an external website via the URL feature, that website's server will receive a normal HTTP request from our backend (containing only our user agent and IP).
The description field is for describing a business — its tone, products, atmosphere. Please do not paste customer lists, employee details, sensitive personal information, payment data or anything covered by professional secrecy. You are responsible for the content you submit.
AI-generated images may unintentionally resemble real people. We do not store generated images server-side beyond the temporary ZIP. You are responsible for reviewing your set before publishing it and ensuring it does not infringe on anyone's likeness, trademark or copyright.
The Service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly process data from them. Generating images depicting minors in inappropriate contexts is strictly prohibited.
Because we don't store personal data linked to identifiable users, most data-subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) are practically self-fulfilling: there is nothing about you to access or erase. If you believe we hold data about you and you'd like to exercise your rights, contact us using the details on the home page and we will respond within statutory deadlines.
The connection to the Service is encrypted with HTTPS in production. API keys for AI providers are stored only on the server. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no internet service is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
